 We expect our Valkyrwear equipment to perform flawlessly. If your delivery falls short of expectations, let us fix it immediately.

You are fully covered for refunds in the event of:

  • 🎯 Shipping mix-ups (you received the wrong gear).

  • 💥 Items arriving with physical damage or structural flaws.

Claims must be filed within a 30-day window following your purchase. Simply drop a line to support@valkyrwear.com. Make sure to provide your order reference number and a clear explanation of what went wrong.
